Members and guests of the Breakfast Club spent an evening at Crayford Dog Track in May 2007. Dinner was served in the private function room overlooking the track and members were able to place their bets while sampling the delights of the menu.The Club sponsored one of the races that evening, our chairman, John Lenton, being on hand to present the trophy to the lucky winner.
A presentation by husband and wife team Ted (architect) and Angela (interior designer) Aston of Trinéire Designs on the design and build process for one of their projects.
The couple met 20 years ago and Trinéire Designs, Architects and Designers was established in 1991. The practice is based in the Blackheath Conservatoire, and is a registered practice with the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Michael Crane of CraneOffice supplies gave a great presentation on running an office supplies company and showed the importance of researching the market you are in.
Rupert Chichester gave a really interesting presentation on the history and development of the Grant Saw legal practice.
Steve Nelson of Image directors engaged everyone with his usual Christmas fun session. A great start to Christmas. This is a dog........ - Dont ask !
Bryn McNeill of McNeill Associates gave a presentation on the importance of matching IT resources to the business needs.
Mark Rogers of the Guide magazine gave a presentation to breakfast members on the importance of advertising and gave advice on how to make it succesful.
Helen McIntosh gave a presentation on the value of PR to small and medium sized companies
